A
15th century Italian statesman, Lorenzo de’ Medici served as a very influential patron of the humanities during the Renaissance. Himself a
gifted poet, Lorenzo gathered at his court the leading artists and
intellectuals of his day. In his honor, the Medici Room is our
gallery of the finest artists of the 21st century.
